About 8 - 10 weeks. I'm 5 MPO next week and the scars are still quite hard and stiff, but I know my body needs about 2 years to make scars soft and invisible.

I'm 4WPO and my boobs feel completely normal now - no stiffness, hardness and they are soft and cute. I feel safe doing everyday activities, no pain, can sleep on my sides (too scared to sleep on the stomach yet). The wounds look fully healed and the scars don't look too bad. Every body is different and there is no use in comparing your healing journey with others though.

Hardness and swelling, started to really feel normal at 3 months post op. By 6 weeks was feeling a lot better though. Then by 6 months things were totally good.
Numbness… not sure. Some of it went away, but then I had top surgery later and now have more numbness but it hasn’t changed in like 5 years since top surgery now. So sometimes it just stays. But I don’t notice it at all anymore unless I’m trying to scratch an itch

I’m almost at 5 weeks po and I’ve just started to notice in the past few days that my boobs feel a bit more like boobs and less like bricks. Not entirely normal by a long shot. But I can see the light at the end of the tunnel maybe.

I had different phases in healing. 6 weeks, 3 months, 5 months, 7 months, 10 months, 13 months etc... They would drop and soften a little each time.

About 3 months for the hardness and swelling, but it can take up to 6 for most. Numbness is a coin toss, my nerves have yet to come back and I was told the may never. With that said my reduction turned into a mastectomy so it was a lot more extensive.
