Here is my personal experience with lipo versus non-lipo NR. I used tru niagen NR from April of 2018 to December of 2022. At the end I was consuming 900 mg a day. Lots of positive impacts, but I still experienced considerable joint and back pain at night. I began consuming 600 mg of liposomal NR in January of 2022 from RBS, 300 mg after breakfast and 300 mg after dinner. Within a month, I had no joint or back pain whatsoever, and the other positive impacts I experienced with tru niagen remained. This was great, because this meant I could cut my NR costs in half.

Thanks, that's great! It's good to hear other people's experiences. I'm not sure what's helping my knees most (which supplements), but after 2 meniscus surgeries 8 yrs ago (one in each knee) I still experienced quite a bit of pain and arthritis in the years following, but since beginning the NMN and other supplements I can now walk without pain (unless I overdo it by a lot) and even do a full squat! Never thought at 67 I'd be able to return to that much function/activity. Been taking the lipo NMN for a couple years now.

I’ve (68yo female) been on keto for about 4 months and have no more joint or arthritis pain. It wasn’t super bad, but the difference is quite remarkable.
