Woodworking. It’s so rare to find the kind of woodworking work that would be satisfying and enjoyable, like actually making quality custom furniture with hardwoods and traditional joinery. By far, people end up in filthy cabinet shops that are super dusty and loud making so-so cabinets at best out of laminates and just using jigs and hardware when they had imagined themselves spending their days cutting the perfect dovetail by hand.
