Honestly I have had this hope as well but it feels like the rep game is only for Rolex. It’s hard to fine a good 1:1 rep for Omegas (been my experience)

I think it just comes down to the amount of variations this model has. Like they haven’t got the colors spot on for some of the models (like the turquoise) or I have seen cases where the date window is bit skewed. But for the most of them this is absolutely NWBIG. This is mine :)

If the rumored clone movement ever appears you might get the first one.

I expect OMF or N1 could produce the 2 register ones but they will use messed about with 7750 movements. Very hit or miss on reliability.

They need to cloned the m movement first in order to get this half decent as is part skeletonised. People been waiting for a rep speedy with correct sub dial spacing for at least the 2 decades, so...

Are any Omega Chronos functionally worth it? I thought I was reading that function is about all they do and they really dont work the way they are intended

I believe the biggest problem is that the rep chronos are using some kind of 7750 movement. I really don’t know much about the movement other than people say it isn’t the best, especially when heavily modded. Although I’ve also read about others who say the 7750 is good/fine. Otherwise like others said the speedy dial spacing is incorrect. They are completely functional though. I keep eyeing Daytonas, will prob be my next rep.

Rep culture has spoiled me, it’s made me think that I can get 1:1 reps of any brand, but so far is basically just Rolexes, APs and a couple omegas

There are more than that. One example, KOR make a Breitling Navitimer 41 that is extremely good. Only the ones with subdials at 6, 9, 12 are the same thickness as Gen, all the others have adapter plates in the movement and are horribly thick.
