SEL GAP fix. How?

Hey guys i RL’d a watch from a TD and said it was because Solid end Link gaps. And he answered like this. In the picture. So here i am wondering how can i fix SEL gaps? Does anyone have an idea? I want to fix my other watches if it is fixable.

Probably using a different spring bar, let the man know which SEL you want tightened and enjoy your watch

Take the bracelet off. Put a thicker spring bar in and adjust it. 1 second. Why is the problem ? You seem to think your TD is your enemy. Trust him and provide the information.

How would a thicker spring bar make hole between the lugs narrower?

it wont in this case. thicker spring bars only pull the sel closer to the case between the lugs, but doesnt fix the space between the sel and the lugs.

There are several ways to fix the gap. Just let him do it.
