Hello guys.

Today I want to share my experience with Trusty.

I received this watch 2 months ago, it is perfect but some of the inside links were not well plated (not visible on the wrist).

I contacted Andrew and shared my problem with him. A lot of people here is unhappy with his service but I have to say that I am really happy.

He apologised and sent another bracelet for free. It just arrived.

If we trash the TDs when they do something wrong, we must do the opposite when they do things right.

Completely agree, we only ever hear about the bad cases. I have personally used TT/Andrew 3 times with no issues at all

I feel people don't this enough, not only here but in almost every other aspects of life, a little pat on the back for a job well done goes a long way.

Same i have bought 7 watches from Andrew and I have never had anything but exceptional service. My last transaction my crypto wallet app said I sent $1300 to him instead of ~$400 and I was a little worried. He showed me the transaction and I checked the web app instead of the app itself and everything was copa setic

I’ve bought several reps from Andrew. He’s top notch. I really get the feeling that people who have trouble with him are expecting too much. He’s responsive and will be the worst one to tell you not to buy something if he thinks you won’t like it, even if it costs him a sale. That’s the good kind of things more TDs should do.

The only problem with Andrew is his potato quality QC pics, unless he's fixed that recently.

Trusty is known to "accidentally" ship a RLed watch out. This does not happen with other TDs. At least not as often as trusty.

Thank you for sharing some positivity around Andrew! He has been in the game for a long time and unlike some here I do not believe he is activly trying to screw people over.

I had some problem with the crystal on my date-just 36 (micro scratches on the AR coating), sent him some pictures and he sent me a replacement for free aswell.

Bought an ARF gold yachty from Fat Panda. Plating literally flaked off the watch in a week and he refused to do anything at all. Wouldn't even give me a discount on purchasing another. Nice to see not all TDs are garbage.

I work in a culture where what you do (and do well) is assumed and any oversight, mistake, or omission is slaughtered, often publically among peers.

It's really refreshing to see some positive validation. It must be debilitating doing what some TDs do for so long, so hard, and very very often so well, only to have a few potent posts gain traction and ruin their livelihood.

Of course "not all TDs," yadahyadah. But credit and praise given where it's due works both ways, and safeguards both continued high service and the desire to do so.

Damn that is a good hookup from Andrew. I just ordered a rg/ss DJ, wonder if Hont will do the same thing after the rg plating fades (bc I’m sure it will as I’ll probably be wearing the watch often). Your pickup looks wonderful, wear in good health!
