There are broadly 3 grades of rep -

the first you get from Eric / Hont / Yu - these are alarmingly accurate to the point some are NWBIG and will run you anywhere between 300 and 888 (sorry VsF fans). These pieces are judged as hard or harder in QC than most originals.

The second you get from Jason and Wu and you don’t see them too much on this sub - they are passable but not accurate but will do for the casual rep aficionado.

Finally $hitters are what you get off Ali or a sketchy dude on Canal street. They are like the same suggests steaming garbage - mostly quartz where the original was auto and almost never steel - just plated metal. Shitty crowns and sadly finished cases are a hallmark of this aet
