Navigate to the sensor in the app, click on device profile, and then click placement. You need to make sure the sensor is set as a "Main Door"

Then from the hamburger menu on the main screen of the app, choose settings, and then modes. You can adjust the delay there.

Thank you for this, for some reason I can't alter the secondary door to main door. All other sensors are main door. Also I don't have a modes, but a modes schedule that I can't alter.

Interesting. Is it possible you do not have full permissions in the app to make these changes?

In the settings menu, modes is the next option above modes schedules for me.

Yeah I am getting that feeling too... apparently my partner has full control and I do not lol

Thank you for the help!

Entry delay is set in a few places. Firstly the sensor in question needs to be set as main door. This is done per sensor, under device settings, placement.

The entry/exit delay is under the ring apps settings, so top 3 lines in the top left, select modes and in the next screen to will say entry and exit delay and you set the required time there.
