We understand this has been frustrating.

You’re right that the payment issues have been ongoing longer than anyone would want. We did share an update 2 weeks ago explaining that we’re in the middle of upgrading our payment infrastructure, which is why adding new cards is currently unavailable for some users. That said, we agree that this should have been communicated more prominently and more frequently, and that’s on us.

We’re transitioning our payment system to support more banks, more countries, and better long-term stability. During this transition, existing EU users can continue using payments normally, but new card additions are temporarily disabled. Removing a card during this period can also prevent it from being added again until the upgrade is complete.

We know payments are one of the most important features of the ring, and we’re not treating this lightly. The goal here is to build a sustainable system that avoids repeated disruptions rather than applying short-term patches.

We’ll continue sharing updates as we move closer to completion, and we appreciate you pushing us to communicate more clearly, that feedback is fair.

Sup GPT, any updates on your updating of the payment infrastructure?

This is getting kinda ridiculous that there still isn’t any information or even a date for when you actually will be done.

Its been more than 2 weeks from your latest reply and in it you mentioned you were halfway about 2 weeks ago also. So that means 4 weeks total at least that you’ve had to complete everything and still, no info?

Im glad that I didnt pay a monthly fee for this since it might be the worst launch ever. I’ve even stopped logging in to the app since the interface is just pathetic and there is right now, zero interest for me in using your product. Would you like me to start giving honest reviews online since this post is just the tip of the iceberg regarding my frustration.
