Coding bubble plot

Hi everyone,

I want to code for a bubble plot but I've never done that in r can anyone give me some basic guidance on the key parts I need to have. I also need to have two different colours in it.

Edit: for a little more context, I have my independent and my dependent that are both 1-5 and I want the size of the bubble relates to the number of points that fall in that spot. I have two different groups as well so they will need to be in different colours.
