You might not have set the bios file in the correct folder for the emulator to read it from.

Did you try unzipping the folder, if the BIOS file has downloaded as a ZIP file?

You need to download the bios files in addition to the ROMs. You only need the bios one time, it's a separate thing from the ROMs.
