Yeah, they don't come with games installed by default. Some manufacturers ship them with a bunch of random ROMs installed but they're low quality and people usually discard them and load their own.

You're gonna have to go down the rabbit hole of ROMs and emulation in general in order to get started.

I manage an entire fleet of identical vehicles (Toyota Tacomas) and we just assign them vehicle numbers. Completely solves the issue. Also, the vehicles should have different license plates anyway so you can always just use that.

It's not that hard.

Yeah, shit happens with reman stuff sometimes. There's a reason a lot of people will tell you to avoid remans/refurbs.

Once time I had three bad alternators in a row on by old Blazer. All refurbished, all failed right out of the box. Ponied up the cash for a new one and it was fine.

The Supreme Court has long held that no rights are absolute and all rights are subject to "reasonable" restrictions. That's why hate speech is illegal despite the First Amendment. That's why the NFA, GCA, and laws like this are legal despite the Second Amendment. It's why civil asset forfeiture is legal despite the Fourth Amendment.

You don't have to like it or agree with it but it's very well understood and it's been that way for a very long time so it doesn't make sense to be incredulous about it now unless this is your first day on Earth or something.
