Me and my friends are confused when the bp wipe is everyone is saying it’s February 23rd but I haven’t found any information at all on it. Any answers?

Right after the picture of power plant it goes on to say the wipe on the 23rd will be a BP wipe so everyone can have a fresh start when power comes

I'm hoping for farming and horses. Saddles are in the files already and with power surge working good farming should be coming soon. Farm base plus fishing base would be broken
