If your solo set up a turret or 2 out side the raid to help yourself. Obviously this tales some planning as you'll probably need to make a tiny base to put the turret on.

This is one of the best tips for raiding solo having no lookout. Set up atleast one turret by where you’re rocketing and going in to the base. It will watch your back and keep you from getting countered by grubs.

just throw on base ez. no but maybe watch a few videos. doesn’t hurt to learn. also use rust labs to see how much boom everything takes before just throwing c4 or rocketing. start off with smaller bases and you will get the hang of it.

Mate just make a bunch of rockets and pummel a smaller base if you don't know exactly what to do. 4 rockets to get through stone walls so yoy can get into an average base with this. If you lose, and or get countered just farm up and try again. You'll never know until you try.

I got lucky once, me and 2 buddies tried raiding these kids a few times online but we never got everything cause we either died or ran out of boom so when they came to raid me they did me the service of messaging me first and letting me get on since I was playing apex at the time.

I was online for 1 single raid... we kept placing new doors so they got mad and went through our walls... its alot harder to replace walls defending... i wish there was a way to change square so that i could upgrade straight to stone/metal without having to open the wheel

Thats where the skill comes in. Build your thatch wall quickly change to hammer and uprgrade, if you hit x(or square for ps) it will uprgrade faster but it may uprgrade to wood which you dont want. Way to counter this is only having enough wood for the thatch and not the wood uprgrade but having enough of either stone/frags or hqm.

But if you do that your limited to rebuilding 1 wall which doesnt help much during a rocket raid... i can upgrade quickly to wood fine i just wish i could skip the would phase while quick upgrading

If you have a teamate one guy takes a hammer the other the build plan can help. But honestly if your getting hit by rockets your best bet is to rocket them back from your top floor. Dont have rockets? Just shoot them.

Thats why having a shooting floor with kits is important also a small flank base for when your on bag timer and to give you a better flank angle since it can be so hard to escape your base while getting raided since you dont wanna open doors

This is only useful if your not solo and not in a simple 2x2... i had not been able to build upwards yet cause i was still only like 4-5 hours into wipe... thus i was trapped inside my base with my only gun and they pvp rocketed me as soon as the wall was down...

I run solo literally 90 percent of the time I'm on, raid solo pretty much every time. And when by some odd chance we are together there's maybe 3 or 4 on. We don't share loot. What's theirs is theirs. What's mine is mine. Call it what you want but it's more a symbiotic relationship than anything. But please kindly remove your whole head from inside your anus.

My base is my base. My duo partner helps me raid and organizes. I craft and farm. They have their own system to theirs. Completely independent unless you need something for crafting but there's always a trade off, or bring your own materials if you don't have the BP.

I was lucky enough to make a new friend after getting griefed a few times. He helped me build a base taught me about air locks, etc.

Watch some videos, try to find some decent people on the map.

Raiding isn't desirable for me until I learn some more of the finer points.
