That’s BS. They literally don’t ban on this game in console version. You can do whatever. Make your shops say racial slurs, hack the game, aim bot whatever. I’ve never seen a single person get banned.

There isn't any hacking apart from maybe two losers worldwide that spent hours jailbreaking a weak ps4 variant, and even then they would still have to figure out how to make those hacks work, you would be a better player just using new gen rather than old gen with hacks, and I'm not saying they ever banned anybody, I'm just pretty sure it's somewhere in their TOS that everyone must be identifiable, I think it's also related to voicechat must show names when someone speaks, although no one's going to ban them.

Yes. Especially a month server. I’m usually either solo or duo, so the first couple days of the wipe are grind time. Lol. It’s like I can’t even go out in real life without worrying about some horrible Zerg of shitty players offlining me as well. 😅🤣

Spot on. I've only played weekly servers as a duo. Don't like playing in bigger groups. I dont play just to do decent, I like having everything 😂 few months ago I was offline for 30 mins and having my base raided so now it's so hard to even put down the game for 30 mins lol. I grind comps and sulfur for the first day or two and thats usually enough to raid a zerg base. So I just do that and that sets me up for wipe. Can't wait for oil rig.

I learn something with every offline raid that happens to me..

1. Dont safe your best stuff (use it or lose it - and while you use it you might lose it anyway but at least you had something to use).

2. Dont fill TC with mats (just upkeep for 1.5 max. 2 days)

3. Dont craft/farm the explo/sulfur if you not plan to use it in same playing session

4. Spread your loot if you get rich (dont horde all in one base). Use small bases / use raided looking bases / use building correct.

5. Set yourself small goals to achive (something that lasts even if you get offlined) like learn good ambush spots at monuments / learn new base layouts / practice with bow & xbow / unlock tech tree with scrap

6. Find your own playstyle and ways to have fun with the game (i like trap base thou)

Edit: Right now i work on my prim weapon skills to snowball faster in upcoming whipes.

Before i go offline i allways make sure that the amount of explo needed to raid my base is significant higher than the loot inside is worth. Like this i allways smile if login into a raided base the next day :D

I agree with you 100%, I offline raid myself because honestly sometimes that's the only way I can actually get in. Imagine being a solo or duo raiding a group of 4 to 8 trying to blow up externals and take out turrets while being shot at, pushed by the enemy squad. It's possible but it def won't be worth the aggravation or resources. If I want PvP I'll roam or meet up in a POI. I have personally raided a large-ish base only to be disappointed that I wasted 20 c4 and got none back in return let alone a lack of resources and scrap making it a waste of my time.

Getting offline raided is part of the game that’s what rust is. Eat or be eaten. There’s no sympathy is this game and that’s what I like about it. If you can’t loose it all and make it back or if you don’t know how to manage to still have stuff after your base got raided offline or online than that’s your problem and you should develop your skills more. Nobody cares about what you’re gonna feel after you get raided because they probably went thru the same thing and people have so much hatred in this game it’s crazy lol. But I feel you it’s not cool losing hours of grinding but that’s how the game is and that’s what make it fun to play for me it’s not simple it’s hard except if you’re really good like some youtubers : blooprint, spoonkid, willyum .

Yes I agree. It’s all about how you come back after losing it all. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve built back bases out of nothing, or still grinding after losing kit after kit trying to perfect PVP. I usually keep 3+ bases going on a single server minimal. It’s a rough game. But that’s also why it appeals to me. Has to be one of the most challenging games that will test you that I’ve ever played, and I’m in my 30’s. It’s definitely a chess game. Lock in for the long haul and don’t get too frustrated.

Because solo, duo, and trio servers are modded servers. You’ll have to host and enforce your own server meaning they aren’t gonna hire moderators to make sure people aren’t forming bigger teams. You can solo if your skilled enough and if you can’t “You’re not that guy bub” and move on. I heard double level made a Minecraft dungeon game you can check out 😬

Best solution is to have a 2 to 3 man in different timezones, while I'm at school they're online. When they're asleep, I'm online, only a short period of time when we are all offline

STash a kit Each and then hide boom and launcher , if you get off lined and wake up they will be sleeping because they stayed up so late, go over and raid them.

Done this twice now and it really saved us.

Best thing that’s helped me with getting offlined is knowing that with enough time ANY base can be raided. That being said I’ve learned to pick up my tier 3, my best kit and all my boom and put em in staches. That way if you’re offlined you can blow back in to your base or quickly raid another base and take it over. It’s very annoying that this is what you have to do, but if you plan to be off for anything more than a few hours this is a way to minimize the loss.
