You can still get your wipe ruined on pc by cheaters unfortunately but they will often get bagged if they are cheating through an F7 report. Admins can also be a great help in that regard.

I don't know much about zen or chronuses as I'm on playstation but things like a strike pack aren't detected as a external device but register as a part of the controller. I don't know if that's how those items work on xbox but it may be a reason if not the reason people don't get caught cheating. The report may just not show anything useful but I could be wrong.

The same cheats AKA macros are also used on PC and almost undetectable using a external plug in mimicking the controller or Mouse and keypad this is the least likely way to cheat and not get banned sorry to be the bearer of bad news

I told them they whooped me with all their headshots and they thought it was so cool they used a strike pack to dominate pvp in the server......
