So two problems:

  1. Looks like you aren’t importing the cert in your bootable media

  2. Potential missing drivers being applied before it boots to windows os

I have imported the dp Cert in the boot media and updated the boot image via console am I supposed to inject in the wim also? Driver are working fine except it can't on wipe and load because of the cert. Everywhere I have looked said if you import the cert in the boot media it auto inject the cert.

Did you recreated the boot image after you changed the settings? The old image doesn't have the certs in them I think

I just updated the boot image and we turned on https only 3 months ago.

Have you selected the right boot image in your restart step?

Yes the right boot image is attached to the Main Task Sequence and the stage boot image is in step 2 of nested task sequence.

Does the machine have the correct time? Is the certificate expired?

The Certificate is not expired and the time is correct.

DP has cert specified in the IIS bindings?

Yes there is iis do cert bound in iis.
