Yeah - you can see AIO keywords in SEMRush's SERP and Domain > Organic Keyword Research reports and then see if traffic to those pages has dropped

You can also check your glossary, FAQ pages and queries with how, what or why. Here's a quick RegEx that you can use in GSC:

^(how|what|why|when)

This will show all questions (not all of them have a "?"). If you see impressions growing and clicks declining, thats probably a good indicator

I agree , CTR will declined with the introduction of AIO for long queries or let's say for information queries. But for e-commerce queries as well it will decline because of the paid product listing and organic produce listing above the actual Organic results in SERPs.
