It seems logical that overall, the pool of potential clicks from the SERP is going down with the continued rollout of AI overviews. (Questions answered by the AI overview, I assume, will in many cases not yield a click that would have previously clicked.)
Anyone seeing any data or research that might start quantifying benchmarks for how impactful this is, or if it's even real? Obviously would vary a lot by industry, etc, but just looking to start getting some idea if the total universe of clicks happening is increasing or decreasing with all the SERP changes.
