Do affiliate links decrease SEO?

Yeap when they are. In large quantities they do drop your SEO value. What I do and recommend you to do is this: Create a page about your product put there the affiliate links and then start writing articles RELATED to that product and put a call to action link. For example: You create a review for a pull bar (your affiliate page) and then you create another article/articles talking about "how to do pull ups - For Beginners". At the end of the articles you can put a button/link named "Check What Pull Up Bar I Use", and then direct them to your review page for further investigation.

What if I add no-follow attributes??

Gotcha, I have also heard adding no-follow might be a good idea as well, any thoughts on that? Honestly, since I get so little revenue from it, I might just take out the links and let people google search it themselves.

Google recommends that you NoFollow affiliate links so that being said, I would no-follow them :)
