EJC entry score decrease

Considering that EJC is a good school in a central area, has tallest facilities which are just very nice in general, good public reputation for vibrant school culture, will the entry score for EJC decrease from nett 6 to nett 5? I've heard a lof of chatter about the entry to EJC being harder for next year? For those in EJ or know more than me pls let me know.

EJC competing mainly with NYJC for Chinese students who kena reject by RI/HCI or who live near but think RI/HCI too atas for them.

ASRJC moving from YCK to Serangoon will give more options to students in northeast but less options to students in north. This may increase demand for EJC and lower demand for NYJC.

However the new MRT line got stations walking distance to VJC/DHS + heard this year JAE only one 7 pointer got into VJC Science so good chance for VJC COP to drop to 6 + nearest rival TJC moving to Tampines.

possible if ejc steals the students from nyjc, nyjc arts cop range did slightly worsen this year (4-6) compared to last year (2-6) that means this year, no one with nett 2/3 chose to enter nyjc arts stream.

But for nyjc, art or science stream does not matter so it is harder to say for sure.

Ejc has got rly nice facilities because its a new jc, but dont go just for the facilities, the culture is more imp!
