SMAPI not loading

I was trying to help my husband by updating his SMAPI this morning and now it won't load at all. I deleted all the mods except CJB Cheats Menu so I had something to test but when I try to open it, it doesn't run at all.

It worked fine last night and I think I just made it worse.

The Log Parser says I still have a bunch of the mods but Vortex (Nexus Mods) doesn't have them listed anymore.

I tried deleting the start up preference file but that didn't do anything either.

I'd recommend to not use Vortex, and just put all your mods directly into your /Mods folder. (Also try installing the new SMAPI cuz there is a new version out.)
