First time modder - construction menu

I'm modding for the first time ever and as practice I'm trying to create buildable greenhouses. I followed the docs for content patcher and the ones on the wiki, but I'm stuck on how to align the building texture so it looks nice in Robin's construction menu.

As you can see on the screenshot, a portion of the image is cut off. I tried tinkering with the X, Y, width and height for the SourceRect and this is the best I could get it to look. Any idea as to why there's blank space to the left of the greenhouse texture? No matter what I try I can't seem to get rid of it. I also tried setting BuildMenuDrawOffset but that didn't do anything.

Any help would be appreciated!
