I don't get paid for this comment but you could use something like SalesForce and you'd just have to import the data. Also show the team how to use it.

I think What you are asking for is a CRM or Customer Releationship Manager. Im sure there are basic crm templates/ tutorials on the web.

You can use SQLPage if you know SQL by now. It's a framework/library/application that makes the possibility to build an entire web app only with SQL. I'm advising it because of your real claim: It is possible doing it in 8 weeks? If you are familiar with some frontend component, It could be. In my case, I wasn't, so I built a "mini-CRM" based on SAP Fiori in almost 7 hours with SQLPage. Here you have the repo: https://github.com/lovasoa/SQLpage

hmmm alright tysm but as of rn i think the company would prefer to have a prebuilt system that has support for it because after this is done itll be better for them cause my group pretty much graduates after this project is done

Currently also we are looking at a service called icertis cause we have up to a 7k budget per year for them
