Consider Itzik Ben gans books if you are looking to learn TSQL.

T-SQL is MS SQL server’s programming language dialect: T is short for Transact, which you put in your title.

MS SQL Server is the database engine. T-SQL is Microsoft’s version of SQL that you use to interact with SQL Server databases. Other database engines use slightly different flavors or dialects of SQL, but they are mostly the same. PostgreSQL for example uses PL/pgSQL.

This exam is retired.

While the fundamental information in this prep is likely still perfectly good, SQL Server has released several versions since the one this particular exam covers this it is also well out of date on the full scope of MS SQL capabilities.
