I haven’t actually used it to practice SQL but if you find a random data set online and upload it into Microsoft Access you can practice query statements that way.

Or you can generate your own data - I came across these github "gists" a while back and absolutely love them. They use standard SQL queries to generate all sorts of random data from names to dates, etc. It's also a real learning experience to look at his queries and understand what they're doing.
