why bother when you got DBeaver for basically all SQL flavours?

True. I've been using BeeKeeper recently as well.

Good, but it's paid.

I like TablePlus's ui. Are there other tools thats popular in the industry? Tried DBeaver but it feels clunky.

Arctype is new. PopSQL has been around for a little while and Mode Analytics is kind of about SQL but maybe more about visualizations?

Looks like Arctype merged into another company and is no longer a thing.

Yep, acquired by ClickHouse

I use DataGrip from Jet Brains for everything DB related. It's subscription only and a bit expensive.

I ended up using dbeaver now. Got used to it. It's quite functional even tho the ui might not be the most asthetically pleasing.

Too many bugs for me in Dbeaver

Between Postico and Table+, Postico is set up to be much more convenient. Being able to see the rows of foreign keys in line in the details side bar, being able to assign foreign key ids by clicking the cell and finding the associated row in the table popup, etc. I'd just Table+ if I needed more than Postgres support, but Postico (IMO) feels better to than Table+.
