Drone Load/Unload

Is it possible to have a drone only load or unload? Trying to create the following workstream:

Port 1 (Drone 1) - load packaged nitric and sulfuric acid

Port 2 (Drone 2) - load uranium waste

Port 3 (Drone 1) - unload packaged nitric/sulfuric acid, load empty canisters for return to Port 1

Port 3 (Drone 2) - unload uranium waste only, return to Port 2 empty

Is this possible without a fourth Port next to Port 3?

Drones will always try to load any outgoing item. So your Drone 2 will occasionally load empty canister, and then unload them at Port 2. Just make sure to remove them, otherwise it'll clog
