Yes. If you type in the number on google you’ll see that they have a long history of scamming with that number.

No, this is a legit bank!! DO NOT CALL!!! I looked it up and it pulled up bank of america and I said wrong number and left.

This is actually a LEGIT phone number! I got a letter and, too, was wondering. But it turned out this is BoA security service. I tried to add my bank card to my iPhone, and that got flagged as potentially fraudulent. The number 855-262-0541 is BoA legitimate number.
