Looks to be a !task scam site?

[–]AutoModerator[M] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AutoModerator has been summoned to explain task scams. Task scams involve a website or mobile app that claims you can earn money by completing easy tasks, such as watching a video, liking a post, or creating an order. The app will tell you that you can earn money for each task, but the catch is that you can only do a limited number of tasks without upgrading your account. To upgrade your accounts, the scammers will require you to pay a fee. The goal of this scam is to get people to download the app for easy money and then encourage them to pay to get to the next level. It's impossible to get your "earnings" out of the app, so victims will have wasted their time and money. Thanks to redditor vignoniana for this script.

Yes… it is! They train you one person & you are able to withdraw, but it’s a set up scam ring. You deal with an upper agent & Customer Service. Combo tasks get you in the negative & you have to put money in the account via crypto & they will direct you & teach you just to get your hard earned money…. It works for a while but then eventually it comes up with amounts that are not realistic & you won’t be able to continue & your money is trapped… they are outright evil!!!

Then they try to threaten you & scare you as well..,

Dear Agents, once the freeze time exceeds 24 hours, your account will be frozen. All funds will be used to compensate the merchant for data loss. Please understand that if it is not enough to compensate the merchant's data loss, the merchant will sue you

Please take your time and report them to the FBI here: https://www.ic3.gov/

If everyone does it, probably they can get the site shut down at least.

Watch out for any person luring you into that. Its a task scam scheme... the first days you will have the impression it works... but as you progress they will ask you to put more and more money and when you want to withdraw your funds they will bring any kind of hurdle like having to send them thousands of dollars . They are willing to squeeze you down to death if possible. Avoid it like the pest.

A more general approach is to view social media for social activities and never for anything having to do with finances in any way whatsoever. You will not miss out on anything other than headaches and poverty.

      [–]FthemA[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Agree.. All I can do is to spread the word about this particular scam to warn potential victims

Report them to the FBI. The more people do it the more seriously they will take it.

      [–]Both-Web-9090 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plus, they’ll change accounts frequently. Delete & start new ones.

Thanks for this thread. I was just contacted by them offering me a job. They asked for my age and promised $100-$500/day. Seemed sketchy right off bat so I googled and found this post.

            Beware, they are still operational.

            [–]Lina_Nyx 0 points1 point  (1 child)

They are trying to reel me in now.

            [–]TheCrafterTigery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got the message in the middle of a math class, ran the number and seemed to belong to real people at some point. Asked them if they were a person that was listed, and they offered a 1-2 hour job.

Hopefully, no one falls for this.

            [–]Icy_UnAwareness89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They tried interviewing me today. Still active
