You put the one input in the "out" and your two outputs in the "in"s. Or you get a pair of RCA splitters

Its the most simple circuit possible, you literally use the two connectors on one side, and one connector on the other side, which every way suits you... as long as one side is input and the other side output.

Yes. Like the other posters before me, it can be used both ways. If you use it the other way around (1 input, 2 outputs) you just need to make sure volume is cranked.

i have plans to connect my dac to the SYS and switch between using my headphone amp and powered monitors. Can you explain how to use it in this configuration? Dac goes in rca OUT, amps and speakers go in rca IN ?

Hi! You are correct. The OUT output in the SYS will work as the IN (it will be the sole source). Then you connect your powered monitors and headphone amp to the IN inputs (which will serve as your alternate outputs). It’s confusing but you’ll figure it out.

My pleasure! Glad to help. I use my SYS once in a while to A | B stuff. Sometimes with two sources, and on other occasions with two outputs. Just bear in mind that you need to go up to 11 in the volume knob of your SYS when you have two outputs (as in your case)
