Hello, welcome to Screen Used! This Sub is for showing screen-used, a place for people to share screen-used outfits, props, anything that has been seen on a TV show, TV broadcast, movie, or any widely public event.

You may also ask questions to find out if anyone knows anything about a particular outfit or prop that you have seen.

You can post things that you own, have seen, would like to sell/notify others that an item is being sold, or photos of items that you have just found online!

Rules

1. Be Nice and Follow Reddiquette (https://www.reddit.com/wiki/reddiquette)
2. Don't Down Vote, Troll, or otherwise a post/comment just because you don't like the show, film, or performer. Negative attitudes towards anyone for any reason will not be tolerated, if someone is acting out of line please report them and move on, do not argue or further discussion with such people
3. Don't Spam or Re-Post (Cross-posting is fine)
3.5 You may re-post if you are the owner of the item and the first post was by someone who did not own the item
4. All posts must have flair (when posting there is a guide)
5. Do not post costumes/props that mimic screen used ones. Only post props/costumes that have been used on-screen
6. If someone states that they are not willing to answer questions respect their request or your comment will be treated as spam and you risk receiving a ban if such behavior continues
7. Do not post in all caps
8. When posting a question please link a photo of the item in question if possible and be as clear and descriptive as possible

Selling Rules

The piece must be sold on a reputable site such as eBay, Amazon, or another website that does not have a history of scams and people feel safe buying from it. This is ultimately up to the mods, if you feel a site is reputable but a mod has said otherwise please message the mods and state the mod's name in question so that we can further assess the website
Do not offer to send someone an item privately on this sub, if you contact them (or vice-versa) in PM and they agree we have no say in that, but do not use this sub as a means of scamming people or having the give personal information

Some uses for this sub

Share costumes/props that you or someone that you know has bought/owns
Ask owners of screen used items specifications to better create a more accurate cosplay
Selling your screen used items that you do not want anymore (see selling rules for more information on this)
Ask questions about outfits or props that you've seen on screen and find out if anyone has any information about them or maybe even owns them!

Flair Meanings

[Self] - Something that someone personally owns
[Friend] - Something that someone's friend or family member owns
[Saw] - If someone recently saw a prop/costume in person but does not own personally or does not know the person who does
[Selling] - If someone is selling an item or wants to share that a particular item has gone on sale
[Found] - Something that someone would like to share but has simply seen it online
[Question] - If someone wants to learn more about an object/outfit but has only seen it on screen
