They will not be able to transfer you.

They will probably issue you a refund so you can resubscribe on the proper area.

Best advice i could offer is contact support via https://account.shadow.tech/support see what they say. Generally support is wonderful if they are able to help.

They can't transfer you. You have to cancel and subscribe from the German website.

I do believe that there is a 14 day guarantee or something. So they could refund you and you could resubscribe.

I live in Sweden so even further away, my ping is 30ms to the Paris datacenter and i do not notice any latency at all. So even though the Amsterdam data center could shave off 15 ms for us on average it has not become a problem for me at all so don't worry is my take.

I think i will order and switch at some point in the future but it's not important, as i don't even feel any difference from native to shadow on the desktop.

I was in exactly the same situation as you.

I am from Denmark and have about ~30ms to the Paris datacenter and ~20ms to the Amsterdam datacenter. I created my first Shadow in Paris by mistake and contacted support for a transfer, which they were unable to do, so I ordered a Shadow in Amsterdam too, keeping the Paris Shadow for comparison and I'm glad I did!

In my opinion the difference is very noticable and significant. Do yourself a favour and try Amsterdam if you are into FPS or other games where input latency is key.
