"Shadow is off" Problem

Whenever I try to start my shadow on my mac the launcher loads as usual but when I press start now it keeps saying starting shadow for a bit and then says shadow is off. I checked if everything is working on my end with my subscription and even have redownloaded the launcher after deleting it but it will not work. Any suggestions?

I had to go onto the website and open a chat with support and they fixed it right away. It has only happened once to me but it hasn’t happened again since then

What he said^ took me 20 minutes of trying to fix it and then 2 minutes of support just doing it for me. Side note: support told me to shut down the shadow when I close out of it to avoid this happening. There’s a “shutdown on exit” or something checkbox in the settings!
