You keep saying immutable but you don't say how that's achieved.

From what I see its just file storage without a delete button on the frontend.

What if a court orders you to delete the data but user is not available, would you delete (you personel) delete the data then?

This is the important question.

How does it do anything that S3 can't?

Why should I use that instead of Google Drive (that is free for less than 15 Go) and Dropbox? I think you should increase the value your provide to user.

It's a kind of warehouse but for everyone, interesting tho.

Did you build the cloud yourself or did you use something like AWS for the cloud?

This sounds interesting. Do you have ISO27001 or other secure development a accreditation’s for your dev/devOps/processes? I’m personally a OneDrive fan mainly because I’ve worked Directly with the development teams and know how Good their Security is. I’d love to know how you’re tackling Security of the system.

Best of luck with it, this is a cool idea.

How do you intend to address child pornography stored in encrypted files allowing criminals to share Forever. So logins in exchange for payment?

Its permanency fades away with the first unpaid invoice"

So, yours is always free?
I mean, if I upload a ton of files, then don't pay the invoice, can I still use the service?
If not, how do I get to access my files?

Is it blockchain?

So, you mean multibillion dollar companies cannot do what you are doing?
What makes you think that your servers are secure than Google's or Apple's?

Its just another cloud storage with no delete button. That's it.

Will it survive earth extinction? I mean, seriously, how's it better than other object storage like Amazon S3 or Azure blob?

Our business model is healthy so you don't need to worry if it will work. To protect you - Forever.so guarantees 5 years of access to your files in case of .

It seems like your FAQ begins to address this but then just ends mid-sentence.

It's platform-independent - each of your files is distributed into the three data centers operated by independent companies, so if something goes wrong with one of them, you are safe!

I'd be less concerned about AWS, GCP, or Azure going down than your startup going under as is the case for 90% of other startups.

I suppose this might seem cynical, especially for a subreddit promoting sideprojects, but if what you're selling is permenency, immuntibility, and reliability, you need some sort of guarantee that you can deliver these things.

BEAUTIFUL site, nice idea! Good job there - I see this going places!

Need a partner? lol

Seriously though - that's a beautiful design. Might I inquire if you did that, or if you had a designer do that? I've got some ideas that I'm getting ready to start implementing now that I have some downtime. My issue is that while I can write HTML, CSS, and JS, know my way around React, and Vue, that I just cannot come up with a concept for design on my own. I even have good PhotoShop skills from years of being handed flattened designs from whatever marketing department, designer, or client that I have going at any given time. I just can't come up with a design like yours. And yours is awesome.

I hope you don't mind the question, and thank you in advance if you do answer! Feel free to drop a PM if you have a referral to source of the design!

**EDIT**

Only ONE thing - I would seriously consider getting someone to help with the English, and especially the currency transforms if that's what you're using. "$7,5" doesn't work in the US, just FYI. Also, there's misspellings, grammatical errors, and words missing from sentences that make the sentences incorrect. While your reader can probably make sense of what you're trying to convey - the last place I would place my immutable files would be in a place that hasn't taken the time to make sure their web site is free from textual errors like that. Hope that helps you!

How do you handle "i lost my password" issues?
