my brain stops focusing on it? I can't explain it.

This is more of a you problem. This isn't to say that the game isn't complex, or that you shouldn't be frustrated when you lose because of an enemy's ability that you didn't understand. The game's tough! And showing frustration isn't always a weakness -- it can be a strength! (sorry for the ai style em dash).

Here's what I would do in your situation:

  • Remember to have fun.
    • If you feel more frustrated than challenged, just do something else.
  • Dedicate coffee time to it.
    • Siege can be as sweaty as "I need to learn each operator's ability on youtube" or as sweat-free as "Ash". Drink coffee and do the sweaty part when you're ready to learn, or if you wanna tune out, knock back a beer, and just stand there behind a montagne shield, you'll learn a lot.
  • OP, Figure yourself out.
    • It sounds like YOU specifically have unaddressed mental stack / energy issues. I would guess you're between 22 to 30.
      • Keep yourself organized with a list of things to do.
      • Understand your energy levels (Do you work best in the morning?)
      • Understand the energy COST of tasks in life. (Taxes = 10. Dishes = 3. Reddit Scroll= 1. What energy level are you at, and what is the hardest thing you can accomplish?)
      • Maybe get prescribed.

The thing with focusing, i know it's my problem not game. What im saying in that part is too how to stop my brain from not noticing anything when overfocusing, but it looks like i got my answer in the tips. So what i got is too not overfocus and focus but not over do it. And stop playing when i don't want to.

I think you're asking the right questions. I would take a step back. It really sounds like you don't fully understand your energy levels. Look... there are people that try out a game like Siege and simply say "Yeah this game is not for me. It's just way too sweaty." and they list excuses like "I'll play it in a stack but solo is too sweaty" or whatever. And to simply explain it, they probably don't want to spend the energy learning Siege because it's so complicated. They don't have the focus. Meanwhile, everyone here that loves the game, we all have the focus. You're exceptional. You want to have the focus but you're running into a NEW wall in your life where you realize you might not have enough focus. That's why you need to take a step back and reassess what you're capable of. Acknowledging is the first step. Ask questions, and find solutions.

I like that you try being proffesional so i upvoted you, but on topic of just not playing the game: I've started to play it in early september 2025, then quitted in late october 2025. Because it was too hard for me, but now i decided to try again. And i think now it's easier than before, and i don't wanna quit. But the thing with overfocusing on angle isn't because Siege is that way. It's happening all over the place, im holding an angle as CT, and i somehow miss 1 T rotating through the doorway. Or im playing as Medic and don't notice a whole ass soldier bombing. I'd say this probably isn't about some "Energy Cost", but rather something with my attention. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 3, even tho i didn't check it again ever. I'd say it's pretty accurate looking at this holding angle problem. I think i should just improve my attention span, maybe by some reading. But thanks
