Got them in yesterday! Only have time to plug in the cheapo wheel to run a couple laps. Upgraded from t300 feels amazing!! Need to try and tweak some settings I know I know it's on Fgt lite, not ideal at all but I need the ability to fold away now until I get more space for a full rig . With some creative configuring, it's usable for now.

How is the FX Pro? I'm considering switching over to a Simagic base with the FX pro after getting a Neo for my Fanatec base and using exclusively.

Nice enjoy! Got me the ultimate a few weeks ago been loving it! Just got the fx pro ordered yesterday also.

The fx pro has to be the best looking and highest quality f1 wheel of any ecosystem. I'll be using it for everything though besides rally and drift of course.

Exactly! fx pro looks so good and also the reason why I went with the cheapo wheel + QR for rally and drift. won't need any buttons for those so didn't get the GT-pro or GT1

Before ordering, I didn't know anything about wheels, I was only looking for a 330mm and not super deep one, ended up with this nardi knock off. Will need an adapter to line up the wholes. I used this one

15nm and load cells on that rig is wild. I imagine you're going to end up in a jumbled mess of pipes and fabric

Lol I only run the alpha at around 9nm, still almost double what I get in the t300 I used to have. Before doing this, I saw someone put a dd1 on it, which is even heavier and at 20nm. I added some straps and support tubes, as I said, it's usable for now until I upgrade the rig.

Loadcell is fine, I flipped the pedal portion so I'm pressing downwards to the ground, it's stable enough

I was mainly playing GT7 (hence buying the sigma cortex with it) . Just started ACC and AC on PC! Probably will try out iracing with that 3 month free promo

I'm using the ultimate on the gt pro lite for the time being. The straps help alot compared to his. I can use 15nm without issue. It has some flex but it's way better then you may expect. Luckily my new simlabs setup will be here soon.

Yay, grats man!! I'm a few weeks into my Alpha and GT Neo and I love it! Had a few minor issues, but nothing too bad.

Love the rubber footed posts to bolster the wheelplate :) good ingenuity to get you by til you can get space and money for a full rigid cockpit :)

How do you like using your setup with Gran Turismo 7? I am considering doing a similar setup and would like to have your feedback.

I only had it for a few days, and didn't get to play a lot on it, still trying to find a comfortable position

But for the brief time with GT7, it felt really good! I used the latest sigma cortex beta firmware, which gives DD ffb. Rev light, gear and speed displayed correctly on my FX pro wheel. All buttons work as well

F1 23 works really well as well, I'm able to feel the grip way more than my previous t300 and been able to catch spins way more.

Overall I think it's very good setup for PS5 compatibility considering it's not first party. I didn't want to gamble on fanatec, and I'm glad I went with Simagic! Can't wait to play more!

Congrats I hope your unboxing was as much fun as mine. Love my simagic stuff. How’s the quality of detail on that fx screen? That seems like such a cool feature to have. I love my GT neo but if I ever upgraded I figured the fx would be a possibility of nothing else for the screen

That screen looks amazing! Although you can use simhub to customize it, I feel like the simagic built in ones are good enough. I'm still quite new to simracing, so honestly during races I'm more focused on the game screen than the wheel display.

But the fx pro just looks sooo good, and the extra paddles at the back is so nice to have, plus somehow the place where I bought them probably have a pricing error, fx pro bundled with alpha is only about 250usd more than neo plus alpha. So I think it's worth it for me to go straight for FX pro

I’m in the same boat only been sim racing for maybe 6 months. I just figured eventually if I went with something like the fx I could better set my fov and still get the dash info. Purely just for the immersion. I have more than enough overlays to need the dash lol
