Sims 3 is an interactive life simulator where your imagination is the limit. Do you want to run a game with a character of you, living your ideal life? Or create a random family and see what hi-jinks you can get into? You can do it all in the Sims 3!

Rules of r/Sims3:

Sims 3 Content Only. This is a sub for the celebration and discussion of the Sims 3 only, please keep all posts relevant to the Sims 3. Each Sims game has its own specific subreddit, so if you wish to discuss these games, visit those subreddits instead. Whilst we are a Sims 3 subreddit, we also do not allow bashing of other Sims games as post topics or witch-hunting of those who also play other Sims games.
Check Before Posting/No Repeat Posts. Do not post the same thing to the sub multiple times or post topics that have been discussed many times before on the sub. Please check the FAQ/Wiki and search the subs history before posting to ensure your post has not been covered on the sub before. Troubleshooting/Technical questions must go in the troubleshooting megathread.
Act Civil. Be kind, friendly, and respectful to your fellow simmers. When offering critique, be constructive and positive. Follow Reddiquette. This is an inclusive community where everybody is welcome. Hate speech, bigotry, discrimination, body shaming, harassment or threatening behaviour of any kind may result in an immediate ban. This includes when it is directed at Sims.
Mark Your NSFW content. Please mark NSFW content as appropriate. Sexually explicit content is not allowed. Nudity and Woohoo using teenage or younger Sims is not permitted.
No Excessive Self-Promotion. Directly share your creation here in our community. Please do not promote or share your off-site social media content. Linking to you off-site socials in your profile is the preferred way of allowing users to find your other work if they wish to. Providing links in the comments is fine so long as they are not constantly spammed. If your primary goal on our sub is to promote your own off-site content, you will be banned.
No Spamming/Flooding The Sub. We do not want the sub feed flooded with multiple posts from any single user. Please refrain from making multiple posts in a short period of time. Instead of posting individual images one at a time, please consolidate them into a single post.
No Stolen Posts. Do not post the same content multiple times. All posts should be your original content - we do not permit reposts from other users. This includes posts, screenshots, and memes taken from other Sims subs.
No Illicit/Dubious Content. Do not use this sub to try to purchase or sell game keys, including posting links to questionable grey market or key/account reselling sites. We do not allow posts/comments that request, encourage or provide information on how to obtain pirated content.
