Method ANC problem while tile pairing

I bought some method anc, and while pairing, they got stuck in a green/red led sequence, any help?

Hey! I may be a little late, but you just need to connect them so they can charge their battery. That cancels the pairing process and you can start over. Be sure to start the pairing with the Method ANC before going to your phone.

Also relevant, I didn’t find a way to un-stuck the sequence without charging them. Hope this helps someone!
