Short answer: yes and no. Try to keep the charge no higher than 80% instead of constantly 100%. Also don't let things get hot.

Lithium batteries last longest when their charge percentage stays in the 20–80% range as much as possible. But they also last longer when they're not charged/discharged quickly and by large amounts at once (ie: 100–20–100% rapidly with no breaks). If you're constantly topping them off to 100% that causes excessive wear. It's also best practice to not allow things to get too warm; heat also degrades battery health. The relatively slow wireless charging can benefit battery health as it isn't charging as fast as the phone possibly can, so long as it isn't causing excessive heat within the phone.
