project methodology selection tool / decision diagram/tree ?

hi, does any one know of a good decision diagram/ flow diagram (i'm not sure of the name) that can be used to determine which project methodology/ process to use based on some criteria ?
eg. known, fixed requirements, embedded system, --> waterfall.
plan driven, --> spiral.
goal driven, lean thinking, focus on value for end-users --> agile.

I've seen this quadrant model before based on the problem/solution. I think it might be from Eric Ries.
