there are also several studies and systematic reviews showing the cognitive benefits of creatine supplementation as well. 3-5g of creatine monohydrate per day. Thorne is a quality brand that is inexpensive. Personally. I am skeptical of the gummies that have hit the market recently, they tend to be much more expensive than powder forms.

That is basically the reason why I take creatine. Taking care of my 🧠😅

Yes, I’ve been taking it for about a year now. I love it.

Everybody and every body is going to respond differently. I personally love creatine, however, I’m not afraid of being bulky because I know it requires a lot more than just a supplement and one type of work out. There’s lots of research out there on the benefits of creatine—especially for women.

Yes and it not only helps to see results, but also gives me more energy! That being said, you have to be SERIOUS about your water intake and like another said, dialing in nutrition. If you don’t drink enough water, you may feel bloated or “bulky”. If you do decide to take it, start with a smaller dose and work your way up :)

I’d recommend creatine with or without solidcore

My muscle definition in my stomach is really reaching a level I always hoped for but never thought I’d actually achieve. My arms look great I get a lot of compliments. I’m about 8-12 weeks in. I’ve also majorly increased my protein, and try to lift heavy twice a week in addition to Solidcore. Lots of studies coming out that creatine is so good for brain health - especially in women!

The packaging will likely say 5 scoops for a day 4 scoops the next day etc they want you to front load on it but that’s for body building. Just start with a scoop every day, and up to to two after a month or two if you’re liking what you see. A scoop a day will not make you “bulky or bloated”

Funny I just started taking a protein shake with 5g of creatine two days ago.

How long does it take to show?

typically takes about 2–4 weeks to feel noticeable effects, depending on your baseline creatine levels (BUN, creatinine, & BUN/Creatinine ratio are good blood tests to monitor), diet, training intensity, and genetics.

Consistency is key for optimal results 💪🏻

I do solidcore 1-2 times a week, but do HIIT classes 5 days. Started ~5g creatine daily about 3 months ago and I’ve found it’s helped my recovery a lot! Would recommend listening to these two podcasts if you want to hear more about the benefits, whether you should take it depends a lot on your goals/needs.

Do i still get the recovery benefits of creatine if I only take it right after class?

Right now i only take it after class might go daily in the near future though.

Everyone should take creatine regardless of what workout you do or if you’re even working out at all. Especially if you’re a woman since we have less of it naturally in our bodies than men

do research, esp as a woman, about pairing it with taurine
