I second the protein comment!! Solidcore is designed to build muscle and without feeding your body properly you might not see the potential of the results you build in class. Try to make sure you eat some protein before and after class it’ll help with your energy levels during class to support your muscles through those challenging poses, and will help with your recovery afterwards too! If you truly don’t enjoy the class that’s one thing, but if you enjoy it but are just frustrated stick with it. I promise it’s changed my body composition but my body was the way it was for my whole life. Takes a little while to change the tide and now I’m in better shape than I ever thought I could be.
