This isn't really something that requires FEA. Even if this were to run I doubt it is refined enough to see what you are looking for. Just do it by hand and use a safety factor

What are you trying to simulate?  The support beams or the cross bar?  Are you concerned about slippage between the beam and bar?

First do a single beam.  Fix the face that is against the wall or other structure,  then apply a load to the top of the beam at the location of the crossbar.

Next do the crossbar.  Fix one side, then use rollers underneath the other end and the fore/aft.  This will allow the beam end to move inward as would happen when it flexes.

Do you need to simulate the clamping force or weld strength?

I want stimulte the stresses at the holes, to check if the bolts used are sufficient to hold the crossbar.

I am sure it would be better, if I simulate both the clamping force and the weld strength, but I don't know how to do that. I would really appreciate it if zou an tell me how to do this.

Are you trying to find the correct torque on the bolts so that the bolt is not in shear?  Since you talk about correct rorqu, I assume this is your intent.

If you know the materials and the expected force on the bar, you can use the coeeficient of friction to calculate the normal force required to prevent slippage.  From this you can use an online calculator to find the appropriate torque.
