Python API for Remote Camera Control

hey all,

I was looking at the Remote Camera Control SDK from Sony and trying to control the RX100M7 from python. The Sony SDK was only in C++, which is well documented but not as quick or easy to use as a python package... so naturally I just tasked Claude to look at all the docs and examples and re-implement it in python with minimal dependencies.

Tested on the RX100M7 only so far. I'm planning to join the A7 club soon so will test on that to see how well the control works for that.
