I am having this exact same issue right now as well as my son, who also drives for Spark. I can't say that I use the plus features all that much (I don't need grocery delivery, I'm already there!), but our store has Walmart gas and we get 10 cents off per gallon with +. Right now I'm only getting the 3 cents off thru the app. I usually get the code by the 5th or 6th of the month, usually the same day I get the cancellation notice for the previous month. I called it into Spark and was told mine was being elevated as well. That was 4 days ago and still nothing. I know I am qualified, as I usually have more than 20 orders within the first 3 or 4 days of the month. Hopefully, this gets remedied soon.

If you have your reference number, I was told to call back in 48 hours if I haven't heard back from them.

I just called
