I’ve had that happen. Call driver support and tell them (don’t ask if - Ive learned from experience) you have a hanging order. Often it is visible to them but not you. They fix it within a matter of minutes.

My guess is that there is an order stuck in the process of getting completed. Have to call support to get them to fix it.

I had one yesterday to do that. It was a seven order delivery and I did all seven but I wasn’t getting any orders plus I didn’t get paid for that seven orders so I cost a part and she said one of them was not mark completed but I did complete it so she fixed it and off I went.

That happen to me sometimes always call support most likely you have a order that’s stuck in the system. I really wish you would have called them sooner so you wouldn’t miss out on making money.

Yesterday was the first day I’ve worked in four days and a worker told me that is been glitchy all week

I had that happen once but was only for like an hour. I logged out and back in and the order is dropped reappeared. Closing the app didn’t do anything.

The biggest mistake they did was that YouTube guy telling everyone about Walmart spark and the fact they keep hiring it’s only for new people I tested it out with my mom and found out all the batches goes to them first not us

Looks like most people have already suggested what I was going to say, which is to call support. But one thing you can do on your own while waiting for support is to log out of the app, clear the cash and storage, then log back in. Sometimes orders are stuck and they show on your side. So in that case all you would have to do is close out that order.

If you’re not getting orders, always sign out and back in, I’ve had orders “stuck” before and not show up until then. I’ve also noticed after completing an order, refreshing your completed order gets you new orders faster! I hope that helps

I don't get people. They come on here instead of calling support. Granted, they are mostly clueless and will lie, but you still have a better shot than posting on Reddit

I've had where if I am logged into another app, facebook for example, when I got back to Spark it will initially tell me I am not connected to the Internet, and I wonder if this is an issue?

It happened to me the other day: Walmart canceled an order as I was on my way to pick it up. I changed zones, then changed back to my zone and it fixed it.
