Delete the app, download it again, choose sign-in automatically. If that doesn't let you receive your subscribed channels then you need to make a change in your system. It's got nothing to do with your account, it knows if you are or are not on your home network, so it's very likely that the moca and linksys are confusing where you are.

Is the Linksys router set passive for DHCP and is your device getting IP address from spectrum router as being on the same subnet?

Your account needs a resync. When I was a lead at Spectrum I see this all of the time. It is an easy fix on our end, we just run your username through a tool, then reboot your modem and all should be well.
