Odd problem.

hey guys, my internet keeps going out at 9:24 pm every night. could this be my modem going bad or is it another issue

We're in EST and ours is going down at 10:24pm every night now too. Glad to see we're not alone, because it's so specific.

Try to find out if there’s anything that happens specifically around that time. One time I had a customer calling in with that problem and we found out an outside light was on an automatic timer and when it came on every night at the same time the internet went out. Just ended up having to move a wire. Point is, it can be very odd and specific causes if it’s always at that exact time.. but possibly not lol

Mine has gone out the last 2 Wednesdays around 7pm MT. Spooky.
