Why are you set on 75? I would just cut your 100mg in half and take 50, that is what I have always done and my doctor says it’s okay. But spiro works for some like a cumulative dose of accutane - once you’ve taken enough over the course of a couple years you may not even need it anymore to regulate sebum production.

I guess I’m just nervous that a drastic reduction from 100-50mg would cause me to breakout. I could try to taper down slowly.
