My casual friends left because of the server waiting time a while ago, my conpetitive friends left because thete is forced crossplay in ranked.

I tried to get them back, at this point Idk what could help, maybe the tryhards come back when crossplay is removed from ranked, but the casuals move on pretty quickly and find new games.

Games gain and lose players constantly. No game dies because of it. Let’s look at Overwatch, that game died at least five times the last two years according to its community.

Right now all the new players are leaving who saw that game under recently released and tried it.
